In short

These are the questions we are asked most: delivery, payment, sizing, returns and refunds, cancellations and complaints. Each answer gives the short version first; the policy pages hold the full terms.

Who makes the pieces?

Nobody you know. Every piece is designed, cut, printed and finished in small runs, and carries a serial instead of a name. The number is the signature.

What does "printed to order" mean for delivery?

A printed object is started the working day after your order and takes one to two days to print and finish. It then ships like everything else: three to five working days to metros, five to eight elsewhere.

How do I find my size?

Every garment page has a size guide with the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Measure a piece you already own and like the fit of, and compare. If you are between sizes, take the larger; the cuts are relaxed.

Do you hem trousers?

Yes. Trousers ship unhemmed unless you tell us your inseam in the note at checkout, in which case we hem before dispatch at no charge. Hemmed trousers can still be returned.

Is the price inclusive of tax?

Yes. Every price on the site includes tax, and the invoice that travels with the parcel breaks it out. Add your company’s tax number at checkout if you need the invoice in its name.
