Where we deliver
We deliver to every address our courier partners reach. Enter your postcode at checkout and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach it; we will not take an order we cannot deliver.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- 3–5 days to major cities
- 5–8 days elsewhere
- 7–12 days to remote areas and islands
These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, public holidays and courier delays can extend them. We email you the tracking number and a link once your order ships, and your order page shows the tracking as it updates.
Cost
Delivery is free on every order. The charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices shown include tax.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is not available. We accept cards and transfers from your own wallet.
Failed delivery
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times and call the phone number you give at checkout. If they cannot reach you, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
