Cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order free of charge until it is dispatched. To cancel, write to [email protected] with your order number. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can refuse it at the door or return it under our returns policy.
Refunds on cancellation
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days.
If we cancel
We may cancel an order if an item sells out after you pay, if a price was displayed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.
