Effective 26 September 2026
What we collect, why, and what you can ask of us.
This notice explains what the store keeps about you and why. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Name, phone number and delivery address — to deliver your order and for the courier to reach you.
- Email address, if you give one — to send your order confirmation and invoice.
- Order history — to handle returns, refunds and warranty, and because tax law requires us to keep records.
- Payment status — whether a payment succeeded. We never see or store your card number, PIN or bank password; those are entered on our payment partner’s page.
We collect only what is needed for these purposes and use it for nothing else.
Marketing
We send marketing messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing it does not affect your orders.
Who we share it with
Only with the processors needed to fulfil your order, each bound to use it for that alone:
- Our payment gateway, to take payment
- Our courier partners, to deliver
- Our hosting and messaging providers, to run the store and send updates
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used
- ask us to correct, complete or update it
- ask us to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- withdraw consent you have given
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and payment details are handled only by our PCI DSS-compliant payment partner.
