Return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described.
To start a return, write to [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm within 48 hours and send you the return instructions.
What cannot be returned
- Imitation jewellery and earrings
- Items marked final sale
- Custom or personalised 3D printed pieces
This does not affect your right to return an item that is defective, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery cost. The window above does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue a refund within 7 working days, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few further days to show it. You will receive a credit note for every refund.
