Printing to order, and what it changes

A pleated planter on a dark table

A printed object is started the working day after the order arrives. The vessel takes eleven hours; the planter, most of a day; the stand, about ninety minutes. Then it is cleaned, checked, numbered and packed.

Because nothing is made ahead, there is nothing to clear. There are no seasons and no end-of-line prices. A design stays on the shelf as long as people want it, and it leaves when they stop.

It also means a piece can be adjusted. The vessel is printed sealed if you ask; the stand is printed a little wider for a case. Say so in the note at checkout.
